LIVE BROADCAST NO FURTHER A MYSTERY

블랙티비Sad to say, now it wouldn't hook up for my live stream. I've tried quite a few browsers, and oddly at the time right now the blue button arrived on Facebook, but After i clicked it, it just went spinning. I did a speedtest and also have ninety+M upstream and downstream. I'm managing OBS 31.0.one, even so, I do not recall if that update
